The Galeazzi fracture dislocation pattern involves a displaced fracture of the distal radius shaft and distal radial ulnar joint dislocation. Anatomic reduction is critical. This case demonstrates salvage of a Galeazzi fracture dislocation which had inadequate reduction at the time of primary treatment. |
