Fortunately, the relatively small number of actual hand surgery web sites does not reflect the Internet's usefulness to hand surgeons.  Hand surgery as a specialty has broad roots, and there are many resources from non "hand" sites which apply to hand surgery.  There are a variety of offerings, including:
