This lecture explores aspects of
reconstructing a missing thumb. The format is slides with streaming audio,
text links and thumbnail outline pages. No browser plug-ins are required
- the audio uses JAVA based
technology. Check to confirm that your your browser is set to be JAVA enabled.
You will need a 28.8 connection and a minimum Pentium 90 or Mac equivalent
for smooth sound play. The audio should begin automatically when displaying
a single slide. Reload a page to replay its audio. Caution:
the audio feed may cause drowsiness - don't drive or operate heavy machinery
while listening. Some of the slides are
