Tendons:

Origin: Common extensor tendon of the lateral epicondyle the radial collateral ligament of the elbow and the deep forearm fascia

Insertion: Dorsal base of the Middle Metacarpal

Function: Extends and radially deviates the Wrist. Weak elbow flexor.

Nerve: Posterior Interosseous Nerve
